Production Process
Blowroom
The initial stage where raw fibers are opened, cleaned, and blended, setting the foundation for consistent yarn quality.
Carding
Fibers are aligned, disentangled, and transformed into a thin web, ensuring uniformity before further processing.
Drawing
In this step, the carded fibers are further elongated and combined to enhance their parallel alignment, creating an even finer and more consistent strand.
Roving
The drawn fibers are twisted into a slightly thicker strand called roving, preparing them for the spinning process.
Spinning
Roving is transformed into yarn through twisting, imparting strength and structure while determining the yarn's thickness and texture.
Winding
The spun yarn is wound onto bobbins or cones, making it ready for various downstream processes such as dyeing, weaving, or knitting.
